About

Hi! I’m Kelly Lane – photographer, explorer, maker of things. My style has been defined as whimsical and wide – I take myself lightly but am in concentrated pursuit of the big picture. I like to approach every assignment by not knowing what I want and then finding exactly what I came for…

I enjoy travel photography the most and have been fortunate to see many wonders of our world in my brief life – lions hunting buffalo in Botswana, ancient pyramids in Giza, beautiful mosques in Istanbul, the incredible views of Cape Town from Table Mountain, sweeping expanses of Tanzania, jumbled alleys of Aix-en-Provence and the lovely cathedrals that decorate the skyline in Prague. To name a few!

My daily life is documented on flickr and I love adding & following new friends, so feel free to join me! Other things of interest: I’m originally from Indiana, I collect teapots, I can stumble my way through at least four languages and I’m on an endless quest to find the perfect bottle of wine. Welcome!
